Roger Wassmer (CEO Switzerland)
Roger Wassmer (1973) has been CEO Switzerland since the beginning of January 2020 and manages the business of the Swiss companies of mobilezone. Previously, he served as COO Switzerland and Austria and led mobilezone reload (former mobiletouch Switzerland) as Managing Director from 2014 and mobiletouch Austria from 2015. He worked at Publimedia and EurotaxGlass as Sales and Marketing Manager as well as CEO at OmniMedia AG and Managing Director of Car4you. From 2012 to 2014, Roger Wassmer was Country Manager at zanox Schweiz AG. After further training as a federally certified marketing manager, he obtained an Executive MBA FH and completed the Senior Management Programme CAS at the University of St. Gallen.
Bernhard Mächler (CFO Switzerland)
Bernhard Mächler (1990) has been CFO Switzerland since 2024. He joined the company in September 2020 as Senior Manager Controlling and has been Head of Corporate Controlling since the beginning of April 2021. Prior to this, he worked as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers at various management levels for around seven years from 2014. Bernhard Mächler holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the HSG and is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.
Thomas Gülünay (Chief Business Officer B2B)
Thomas Gülünay (1979) has headed the unit Business since 2008. In 2003 he founded his own company, tojaco Trading GmbH, which he headed as CEO and co-owner. After earning a Swiss Federal Diploma in Sales Coordination, he obtained an Executive Diploma in SME Management from the University of St. Gallen in 2012.
Gregor Vogt (Chief Customer Officer)
Gregor Vogt (1979) has been Director Marketing at the Swiss companies since 2010. His area of responsibility also includes customer service as well as shopfitting and project management. After getting his degree in communications at the University of Fribourg, he worked as a brand consultant at Hotz & Hotz from 2005 to 2008. He then worked as an advisor and deputy CEO at Screen Concept before changing to mobilezone. Gregor Vogt obtained an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen in 2014.
Christoph Gisler (Chief Product Officer)
Christoph Gisler (1985) has been Director Product Management & Logistics at mobilezone since 2021. Christoph Gisler developed a digital sales channel for Switzerland's largest mountain sports platform in 2015 and supported the Sales and Key Account Management department in setting up siroop.ch from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, he was Head of Sales and Marketing at Jamei AG (part of the Competec Group). From 2020, he was responsible for marketing and sales for the specialist retail sector at Alltron AG (part of the Competec Group) as a member of the Executive Board. Christoph Gisler holds a Master's degree in Strategy & International Management from the HSG and has undergone various management training programmes.
Maud Hoffmann (Chief MVNO & Digital Officer)
Maud Hoffmann (1976) joined mobilezone Switzerland in August 2022 as Director Digital & MVNO. From 2015 until she joined the company, Maud Hoffmann led geschenkidee.ch strategically as CEO. She brings in-depth experience in the areas of business development and e-commerce from her work at melectronics and Apple, among others. At melectronics, Maud was responsible for coordinating and managing the development of the online shop for six years. She was also responsible for the development and implementation of a cross-channel strategy as well as for the strategic and operational design of the e-commerce area. Maud Hoffmann holds a master's degree in business administration and has completed various management trainings.
Renato Gubser (Chief Information Officer)
Renato Gubser (1977) joined mobilezone Switzerland in September 2022 as Director IT. Renato Gubser has many years of experience in the transformation of IT organisations. From 2020 until August 2022, he was responsible for the development of the IT strategy as Group CIO of the industrial group Behr Bircher Cellpack AG. From 2010 to 2020, he was Head of ICT at Lindt & Sprüngli, responsible for the development and transformation of the IT department. He also brings experience from a software development company as Head of Technology & Architecture, Project Leader and from the aircraft industry as Head of SAP Basis/IT Architect. Renato Gubser holds a degree in Business Informatics and an Executive MBA in General Management of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
