mobilezone successfully concludes the refinancing of all bilateral credit agreements and the syndicated credit line agreement in a new syndicated credit line of CHF 140 million.

mobilezone successfully completed a new syndicated credit line agreement for CHF 140 million on 17 December 2020 with a term of 5 years. With this transaction, mobilezone utilises the attractive conditions and demand in the market and refinances itself at attractive conditions.

  • mobilezone refinances all the Group's bank credit agreements at the mobilezone holding ag level;
  • The new syndicated credit line of CHF 140 million has a fixed term of 5 years without the submission of collateral;
  • The collateralised credit agreements in the Group companies in Germany for EUR 55 million were replaced;
  • In Switzerland, the bilateral credit agreements for EUR 30 million and the existing syndicated credit line of CHF 60 million were refinanced with the new syndicated credit line;
  • The maximum permissible debt factor (net financial debt/EBITDA) was increased from 2.5 to 3.0;
  • The average credit costs are lowered by 0.2 percent;
  • This will allow mobilezone to achieve annual savings of CHF 0.3 million;
  • The transaction was accompanied by UBS Switzerland AG as the general bank.
